Thinking Brain
©
A cognitive rehabilitation programme designed for adults aged 40 and above as well as persons with early-to-moderate dementia. Think of it like a gym session—but for exercising the brain’s memory, attention, and communication skills.
Description
Participants engage in cognitive exercises with increasing complexity, learning how to chunk information, compare details, plan actions, and reflect on their thinking. Each of our 90 minutes session builds on the last, reinforcing habits of mindful engagement and promoting practical carryover into daily life. The programme is led by certified dementia care practitioners and cognitive coaches, and is grounded in our Think. Train. Thrive. method. It is thoughtfully designed around strategies that support attention, recall, planning, and self-expression.

DID YOU KNOW?
Unlike stroke rehabilitation, individuals with dementia are rarely provided structured cognitive training after diagnosis
Pilot groups begin July 2025.
